Vicki has over 15 years of corporate marketing and public relations experience with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree.  She managed extensive projects and negotiated with programming providers in her previous career at TV Guide, which helps her walk her clients through the sales process and negotiate the best terms for them. 

 

Originally from Oklahoma (although born in Rockford, IL), Vicki moved to Las Vegas in 2003 with her husband, Bruce, to be closer to Bruce's family, who has lived in Las Vegas since the late 1970s.  They work together as The Simons Group, to help people buy and sell one of their largest and most personal investments - a home.  With Vicki's sales, communication and negotiating skills, she has helped hundreds of people successfully purchase and sell real estate in Clark County.

 

Vicki specializes in helping clients get their home sold.  She works at getting the most money for their home with staging and marketing, as well as working with clients to short sell their home.  As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, Vicki stays informed with the latest bank and industry information and helps homeowners negotiate with their bank for the best result.
